If you're looking for a high quality miniature AV LCD monitor-
THIS IS IT! What an OUTSTANDING picture. We've carried it now for
over 2 years and still haven't seen a better one (though our VM-REV
is basically identical). Razor sharp image and MUCH better quality
(contrast ration/ color saturation) in comparison to similar looking
mini-monitors, many of which have TERRIBLE quality video. Unfortunately,
too many in our industry are advertising their monitors with spec
numbers and buzzwords instead of true quality and practical abilities.
This one's a WINNER. Smart design as it features BOTH an auxiliary
power input (to be powered by our BAT-1/3/AAA battery packs or our
ACC-AUTO power cord) AND a removable compact battery tray, which
can be powered by 8 AA alkaline batteries (1.5v ea.)- or even 10
AA rechargeable batteries (such as 1.2v Ni-Cad nickel cadmium or
NiMh nickel metal hydride).
Not only will this take NTSC and PAL formats (switch on side),
but it has BOTH audio and video (AV) input AND output ports, making
it quite versatile for a wide variety of purposes.
Contrast / brightness / color / tint / audio volume onboard with
easy adjustable dial controls on side.
Features a female threaded 'tripod mount', and we even add in a
couple of extra 'goodies', like a mating 360 swivel mount and fully
regulated AC/DC transformer.
*Please NOTE that this unit is not a "TV" because it
doesn't have a television tuner.

Variations / Alternate Equipment to Consider:
We also carry a very similar version to this, the #VM-REV, which
features 2 video inputs to allow user to switch back and forth between
two different cameras and audio sources. VM-REV also features MIRROR-MODE
switch for reverse-angle imaging (excellent for rear-view video
applications).
Cautions:
Because this features dual power ability from battery pack AND
external devices as mentioned above, DO NOT power the monitor from
BOTH power sources simultaneously as this will actually double the
voltage coming into monitor.
This is a NON-weatherproof monitor, and as such- must be treated
with extra care and NEVER left outdoors.
