The
CL-04 (4.0mm focal length) can be used to provide a wide field of
view in C-/CS-mount video cameras. However, the picture will have
an "artifically" wide field of view with some slight curvarture
of the video image. Unfortunately, there is NO way to provide such
a wide viewing angle without this type of distortion.
This is a fixed
lens with one specific field of view. There is no way to adjust
the lens focal length for a dynamic viewing angle. For applications
where multiple viewing angles may be required, please consider using
a varifocal / zoom lens, such as the CSL-550A,
CSL-550M,
CSL-312A,
or CSL-312M.
This lens has
a security-industry standard C-mount lens thread, making it compatible
with the following Eyespyvideo.com models (using the included CS-mount
adapter ring): TV-CSHRL,
TV-CSHR,
TV-CSHDN,
TV-HDCS,
and TV-BCSHR.
*NOTE: C-mount to CS-mount adapter ring is NOT included with lens.
This accessory item IS included with ALL Eyespyvideo.com CS-mount
lens cameras.
