WOW! What a tiny camera this is. This is the world's smallest CCD pinhole camera "380+ horizontal TV lines / 0.5 lux" cam now has an overall sharper picture capable of performing in lower light situations than even the last revision version. A good choice for stationary applications- whether for covert / hidden / disguised purposes..... or just general video use. With the newly revised 1/4" Sony SuperHAD DSP (digital signal processing) CCD imager chipset- the picture quality is visibly inferior to our larger enclosed case CC-7HAD configurations.

We carry ONLY the LATEST and BEST in CCTV chipset technology and circuit board engineering (both aspects are critical to produce a high quality CCD camera)! Too many in our industry are still liquidating 'antiques' on an unsuspecting public, often even unaware themselves that better technology exists.

Variations / Alternate Equipment to Consider:

If higher resolution covert imaging is required- and a little more space permits- you would probably prefer our #CC-7HAD.

Cautions:

This is a 1/4" image sensor camera, NOT a 1/3" unit as found in most of our cameras. This has a narrower field of view, and not quite as good of a picture (color saturation & overall sharpness) and isn't quite as great in low light. That said, it rivals or beats most 1/3" units you'll find out there.

This is a non-weatherproof camera, and as such- must be treated with extra care and NEVER left outdoors without the proper protective housings.

Fixed pinhole lens is not interchangeable like many of our board-type lens cameras.
