Unbelievable performance for a pinhole camera! BEWARE: We've had many customer reports of cameras out there which look and spec IDENTICALLY to this unit, but which are much inferior in comparison. The "600+ horizontal TV lines / 0.0003 lux" cam is world's smallest 1/3" CCD enclosed case camera and is capable of performing in lower light situations and creating higher resolution than any other pinhole camera. Newly revised 1/3" Sony® Ex-View® high resolution DSP (digital signal processing) CCD imager chipset.

It should be noted that we have six other black and white (monochrome) cameras with the same ultra low-light capable chipset: #BW-5LL (low lux pinhole), #BW-5LLM /HRM (interchangeable mini board lens), #TV-BCSHR (high resolution CS mount) and weatherproof bullets #BW-4LL and #BW-4EX. The #BW-4LL/EX qnd BW-5LLM/HRM are board lens cameras, which let more light into the imager than a pinhole lens and actually allow them to image in even lower lighting than this cam will do. However, for any covert pinhole available, the BW-5LL and BW-5HR are unmatched in low-light performance.

We carry ONLY the LATEST and BEST in CCTV chipset technology and circuit board engineering (both aspects are critical to produce a high quality CCD camera)! Too many in our industry are still liquidating 'antiques' on an unsuspecting public, often even unaware themselves that better technology exists.

Cautions:

This is a non-weatherproof camera, and as such- must be treated with extra care and NEVER left outdoors without the proper protective housings.

Fixed pinhole lens is not interchangeable like many of our board-type lens cameras.
